Delivery to a PO Box

We can deliver to PO Box addresses, but there are some limitations to be aware of.

International parcels are delivered using services that rely on the carrier's delivery scan. When a parcel is delivered to a PO Box, the carrier records delivery based on access to the box or the local postal facility. If the carrier marks the parcel as delivered and it later cannot be located, the carrier may treat this as a completed delivery and may not accept a loss claim.

For this reason, delivery to a PO Box involves a higher level of risk than delivery to a residential or business address where a parcel is handed directly to the recipient.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes that can only be used under specific conditions or that accept deliveries from selected couriers only (for example, where only certain delivery companies are permitted to deliver).

If you would prefer delivery to an address where the parcel can be received directly, please provide an alternative address or contact us before placing your order to discuss the available options.

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
