Delivery to a PO Box

We can deliver to a PO Box. This is not a problem in terms of delivery address.

However, we cannot offer a tracked insured delivery to a PO Box. PO Boxes do not allow signature when the parcel is received and our delivery services do not allow tracked insurance if nobody signs at the delivery end.

We will post to a PO BOX as "tracked delivery no signature". With this type of service, if the delivery person signs as delivered and the parcel gets lost afterwards, the parcel will show up as delivered and it will be out of our responsibility. It is an unlikely event but you should be aware of it.

If you are not happy with the "tracked delivery no signature" service, please contact us with an alternative address where someone can sign for the delivery.

We cannot delivery to a PO Box that can only be used under specific circumstances (e.g. only some delivery companies can deliver to your PO Box).
